METAFORA is open for short-mission applications!

METAFORA offers scholarships to conduct short missions in Chile. The eligibility rules are the following:

-  Short missions must be longer than 1 month. 
-  The research topic must be “metasurfaces for radioastronomy”. 
-  The applicants must be working, at the time of the mission, in a Swedish institution. 
-  PhD students and early-career researcher (post-docs) will have priority. 
-  The starting date of the short mission must be between 1st March 2024 and 28th February 2025.

The scholarship grants you:

-  A maximum of 30kSEK.
-  This funding will be used for:
          o  Long-trip-distance flight to Chile.
          o  Accommodation expenses.

-  Short CV (max. 2 pages).
-  Short explanation of the short mission (max. 2 pages). 
-  Letter of support from your PhD/post-doc advisor (in case you are a PhD student or a post-doctoral researcher).
