The airport is very well connected to central Stockholm. The fastest option is the Arlanda Express, a direct train that takes you from the airport to Stockholm Central Station in just 18 minutes. Trains run frequently—every 10–15 minutes during peak hours—and are comfortable and reliable. It's the most efficient way to reach the city, especially if you're short on time.
